We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate shorter notice requests whenever possible
All rentals are for same-day use. We’ll drop off your items in the morning and pick them up the same day, no later than 10:00 PM, unless agreed upon in advance.
Yes! We are a full-service rental company, which means we handle delivery, setup, and takedown.
We are based in Burlington, NC, and proudly serve Greensboro, High Point, Hillsborough, and all areas in between. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, feel free to reach out—travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Delivery is included within our local service area. A delivery fee will apply for locations outside our standard mileage radius—we’ll include this in your quote.
No. For safety and to protect the items, flower walls, backdrops, and props must remain where we install them. Moving or tampering with the setup may result in a damage fee.
Our rentals are best suited for indoor use or outdoor setups in covered areas. Exposure to direct sunlight, wind, or rain can affect the quality and stability of the design. For this reason, we only allow outdoor use if the setup is fully covered and protected from the elements.
Yes, but outdoor décor comes with risks. While we use heavy weights and secure materials, outdoor conditions such as heat, wind, or rain can affect stability and balloon longevity. We strongly recommend placing balloons in shaded areas and avoiding installation during high heat or strong winds. Balloon garlands are not suitable for overnight or multi-day use outdoors.
We use premium-quality balloons, but balloons can pop or deflate due to heat, sun exposure, or other reasons. We recommend indoor or shaded placement. Please note that balloon discoloration and popping are not covered after setup.
Our rentals and balloons are for decorative use only. Adult supervision is required at all times. Children and pets should not play with, lean on, or chew any décor. Balloons pose a choking hazard and should be kept away from children under 9 and pets. Discard broken balloons immediately.

Once you're ready to book, we’ll send you an invoice to pay your 50% deposit via PayPal or another secure method. The remaining balance is due before your event.
